The background to O Holy Night
I was playing in an orchestral Christmas concert a couple of years ago, and this was one of the carols we played. It wasn’t one that I’d thought much about previously – but after playing it that day, I couldn’t get it out of my head and realised I really wanted to record it. I created a short version and sent it out to select people as a Happy Christmas wish that year. Then this year (2024) I added to the arrangement to make a full-blown track, which is now released to the world! Enjoy!
